WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT

Welcome to Hōl Health Studio where each and every one of us is committed to providing you with quality care.

Your first appointment includes a consultation, examination, and possibly even treatment.  Please allow for at least an hour with the doctor.

At your first visit to our office, one of the doctors will sit down with you and perform a thorough consultation reviewing the details of your health history, nutritional issues, current health issues, and treatment goals as well as a detailed examination consisting of posture and gait analysis, neurological, orthopedic, and muscle testing, and assessment of spinal movement and range of motion to determine what is necessary to treat your condition.

Your treatment plan depends on the exam findings and may start at the initial visit, right after your consultation if time permits, or may be referred out for diagnostic testing, or to another physician for further evaluation.

Please feel free to complete the new patient forms before your arrival.  They can be completed at your convenience in your home or office by downloading HHS–NP.

INSURANCE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  You can use any these methods to cover your co-pay amount at the beginning of your treatment.

If you are wondering if your insurance plan will help toward the total cost of care, we can verify your benefits before you arrive to our office.  Hōl Health Studio works with all of the major insurance providers, whether you are in-network or out-of-network.

Do not worry if you do not see your insurance provider on this list; we will verify and explain your benefits to you before treatment, at no charge.

For those of you without insurance coverage or with high deductible plans, we have flexible payment plans available to make sure your treatment is affordable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  A fee may be charged for a “no­ show” or late cancellation, and patients may be discharged from our practice for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments.
